Mary Hicks commented on Ed Beakley's event 'West Coast Boyd Conference - in work'

The Reagan Library is actually in the city of Simi Valley, Ventura County. From LAX, I'd probably just take the train up to Simi Valley, and then a taxi or arrange for pickup. Simi Valley is not too far from Camarillo, but definitely NOT in Ventura!

KPBS in San Diego does some terrific work in the community. I can't say for sure that they are focused on local resiliency. A great person to talk with there is Monica Medina--she heads the stations community engagement efforts and I'm sure she'd love to talk with you.
